Better Thinking and Understanding Can Be Yours
We?ve all heard of feng shui. It?s the Chinese system that uses the laws of both Heaven and Earth to improve one?s life by receiving positive life energy or qi. Maybe you rearranged your bedroom or living room using the principles of feng shui. Well did you know you can also use these same principles to rearrange your head? It?s easier than you think! Our Psychics are experts when it comes to rearranging your head for better thinking and understanding. Read on to discover how they answer the when, what and how of psychic feng shui!
In what instances would we need to rearrange our thoughts?
Fiona ext. 5178 says: When you find yourself being habitually negative, self-sabotaging, mean-spirited, or with a defeatist attitude, it?s time. It?s a spiritual law that as long as you continue to feel like a victim you will continue to be one. Stop the ?victim mentality.? It only prolongs the agony. We all have more strength and courage than we know. Sometimes it only shows up when we are required to use it.
Paige ext. 9158 shares: Rearrange your thoughts when you are feeling a strong, overwhelming emotion. Often sadness, anger, grief and fear cause our thoughts to be scattered and irrational.
Ginger ext. 9344 relates: When thoughts make you feel dull or pained or ill? when we become unloving and judgmental of ourselves or if we are shooting daggers of blame at others? That?s how I know I am ready for a restructuring or an internal house cleaning. I know it?s time to soften corners and redecorate.
How do you recognize that a caller?s thoughts need to be rearranged?
Paige ext. 9158 states: When a caller keeps repeating certain statements over and over or when their emotional intensity is over the top for the circumstance they are in, then a reading can calm them down so they can think much more coherently.
Quinn ext. 5484 adds: When a caller is not happy, they use negative terms, such as ?I cannot do that,? ?That will never happen,? or ?I am never going to be loved, find a job, etc.? Negativity is a clear sign of unhappiness.
Jesse ext. 9027 affirms: When a caller has many scattered thoughts or emotions it often comes through to me as a lot of static noise. It?s like having a television set on, with the volume turned up, with little or no image.
What tools do you use to clear, reorganize or rearrange your own mind?
Paige ext. 9158 discloses: As a psychic advisor, I use meditation and exercise (in the form or yoga and hikes out in nature) to help me organize my thoughts. I also find that a walk along the ocean increases my psychic and intuitive abilities and it helps to articulate (i.e., organize) the information coherently.
Quinn ext. 5484 reports: I use mantras that clear out stress as well as bring balance and harmony. By keeping my life condition as positive as possible, I can better aid in helping others to clear their minds.
Judianne ext. 5129 declares: I use visualization. I visualize debris on a beach and see the waves come in and wash it away.
What can your clients do to organize/rearrange their own thoughts?
Fiona ext. 5178 maintains:?They can be cognizant of their internal dialogue with themselves. It should be positive and kind. We should talk to ourselves as we would our best friend.
Anya Dawn ext. 9179 mentions: Focusing on future happiness quiets the human side of our mind that?s just worried about the next step. Our decisions will then reflect choices that give us lifelong fulfillment.
Krishni ext. 5478 relates: When you?re feeling super down or angry, it?s not authentic or realistic to just immediately elevate to feeling good. My advice is to think a better thought. In striving to always think a better thought you elevate your state in a natural and authentic way.
Ginger ext. 9344 says: Imagine you are riding a big wave, knowing it is dangerous and exhilarating but understanding you chose to ride it successfully.
So, are you ready to get started? Try any of these tips, but if you still need a little more guidance, our psychics are always ready to help, day or night. Better thinking and understanding are only a phone call away!
